Prada is a well known brand in fashion. There is a rumor that Prada Fashion House is considering to sell their shares. However, it denied by the company stating that the financial condition of Prada in stable condition. Only, not long after the declaration of the parties to the media, a tycoon from China claimed that he was being offered to purchase Prada shares secretly. Such an offer was made by Lu Qiang, chairman of the home network of the Shanghai factory outlets, Foxtown, and then reported by the China Economic Daily and Economic Observer. Economic Observer writes that Lu has acquired 13 percent stake in Prada during the last two years and plans to become the largest shareholder by acquiring additional shares as much as 20 percent. Meanwhile, Lu get Prada shares through an Italian consulting firm and had bought for 20 million Euros.

Verma think that Indian’s designer is still have to improve their quality, also Verma think logically that India in still fall behind in terms of creativity especially in choose the location of catwalk shows. “I think the problem lies in financial terms. Fashion Council of India helps the designers by giving them the show venue. However, if we have to prepare our own catwalk show, its cost would be swelling, said Verma. If Verma got a chance and the opportunity to do off site catwalk show, she will choose the roof of an old building in New Delhi. Nida Mahmood presented a similar opinion stating that Indian designers should be able to improve quality.
